Oftentimes, the first experience a patient has with a healthcare provider or hospital system is through the provider’s website. If that experience is cumbersome, confusing, or poorly digitized, your prospective patients will look elsewhere for their services.

In this demo, we’re sharing how you can use Formstack to streamline and level up that initial experience to ensure your patients and consumers return to your organization. Formstack can be used to securely capture data, route data to the correct sources, and automate document generation and eSigning. Show patients and consumers that you know them with an automated, well-governed process.

Tools Needed

In this video demo, we’re building a patient intake and pairing it with back office data routing. To accomplish this, we’re using all of the products in the Formstack Suite and connecting them with Formstack’s visual workflow builder, Copilot.

Start a trial of the Formstack Suite today. If you’re already a Formstack customer, you can add the full Formstack Suite to your account by talking to your account manager.

Instructions

Step 1: Build your workflow. Simply drag and drop the steps you need onto your workflow. In this example, we are adding two forms, one document, and one eSignature step to complete our patient intake process.

Step 2: Set up your assignments. Once you’ve set up your workflow, you’re ready to assign members of your team to review and approve submissions from patients.

Step 3: Test your process. When you’re happy with your workflow, you’re ready to test your process and educate your team on how it works!
